"A distinct, vivid pink hue provides the perfect canvas for crisp aromatics of wild strawberry, dried rose petals and candied citrus peel. Rich flavors of Ambrosia melon, pink peppercorn, marjoram, white fig, and kumquat are balanced with a subtle layer of salinity and the vibrancy of solid acidity. This wine promises to be vibrant and balanced with great aging potential. Fermentation and élevage in a variety of vessels, concrete, acacia puncheons, and small stainless tanks. Aged for 5 months on full fermentation lees. Mix of concrete egg, acacia puncheons, and stainless steel drums. Sourced from the “Vulcan Ridge” vineyard, a site marked by a generous slope, chalky soils from ancient volcanic ash, and a microclimate that adds dimension and character to the wine."
