The 2021 Reserve is sourced from the top single vineyard

barrels and it is a masterful blend from winemaker Maayan Koschitzky. It immediately captivates

with stunning aromatics of black berries, black raspberries, and blue berries that

are accented with nuances of graphite, cocoa nibs, violets, sweet spices and

dried sage that lend both complexity and intrigue. On the palate, the wine is

immediately engaging, delivering a refined, full-bodied mouthfeel, supported

by polished, velvety tannins. It showcases impressive depth and concentration,

unfolding in layers that lead to a long, well-defined finish. While this is already

stunning in its youth, it clearly has the structure that promises even greater

rewards with cellaring and should have no issues offering a drinking window that

spans over two decades.
