“The 2021 Estate Cabernet Sauvignon was tasted as a barrel sample. Deep garnet-purple
in color, it comes barreling out with bold notes of creme de cassis, black raspberries, and
mulberries leading to an undercurrent of aniseed, fragrant soil, lilacs, and mossy tree
bark. The full-bodied palate is jam packed with ripe, nuanced black and red fruit layers,
supported by firm, grainy tannins and oodles of freshness, finishing long and minerally.”
