Made by Nova Cadamatre and aged 18 months in 50% new French oak, the 2023 Cabernet Sauvignon offers cassis, peppery herbs, graphite, liquid violets, and crushed stone aromatics that blossom with time in the glass. It's rich, medium to full-bodied, and concentrated on the palate, with the vintage's pure, focused, regal style as well as solid tannins, integrated acidity, and a great finish. This brilliantly put together 2023 should have two decades of longevity. Drink 2025-2045.
