100% Pinot Noir from 70-year-old vines in Ambonnay’s Crayères lieu-dit, fermented in barrel and aged 51 months on the lees. Aromas of cinnamon, cardamom, mirabelle plum and lemon-lime zest with candied ginger and cherries; a lush, almost thick palate of currants, strawberries and pear framed by crushed-stone/slate minerality and a long, intensely saline finish.
