2023 Kongsgaard Chardonnay

Chardonnay has exuberant tropical fruit and honeysuckle scents plus savory/nut notes with hints of brioche, marzipan and ginger. Full-bodied and voluptuously fruited in the mouth, it offers tons of salted nut and savory layers with seamless freshness and fantastic length. 

2021 Evidence Mt. Veeder

Coming from a site on Mount Veeder, the 2021 Cabernet Sauvignon Bruadair Vineyard is a brilliant wine. Ripe blackcurrants, forest floor, graphite, and nicely integrated background oak all define the aromatics, and it hits the palate with full-bodied richness, a deep, layered, broad mouthfeel, lots of velvety tannins, fabulous concentration, and a great finish. Slightly closed and inward, it needs a solid 2-4 years of bottle age and should have two decades of overall longevity.
